Last Saturday’s Wildflower Walk at Sandy Creek was a wonderful celebration of spring in full bloom. Twelve participants joined local botanist Sue Ablitt for a guided wander through the bush, where the diversity of wildflowers did not disappoint.

Spring has well and truly arrived, bringing with it a burst of colour at Mullum Wetlands and around Earth Kinder.

Last Friday, Up2Us had the pleasure of visiting Mansfield Primary School to spend an hour with the Grade 1 students learning about the important role trees play in supporting wildlife.

A couple of weeks ago, Up2Us Landcare Alliance teamed up with Mansfield Primary School for a day of hands-on environmental learning with all of the Grade 5 students.

National Tree Day continues to be a wonderful reminder of what we can achieve together—even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Up2Us Landcare Alliance is excited to share that all 100 stock-proof tree guards and indigenous eucalypt seedlings offered through our recent initiative have now been distributed to landholders across the Mansfield Shire.
