Join us for an evening of hands-on citizen science training as part of our Future Landscapes project. Led by Dave DeAngelis, these workshops will build local volunteers’ skills and confidence to monitor and record Mansfield’s reptiles and frogs.

Reptile Monitoring Workshop

4:30–6:15pm

Rifle Butts Reserve, Mansfield

Learn how to safely survey reptiles, identify suitable habitat, recognise signs of reptile activity and collect valuable data that contributes to local conservation.

Frog Monitoring Workshop + BBQ Dinner

6:30 - 9:00pm

Mullum Wetlands, Mansfield

Enjoy a BBQ dinner before learning how to identify local frogs by sight and sound, conduct frog surveys and use the FrogID app to record observations and contribute to citizen science.
